You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories. Restocking fee: $0 — we do not charge restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect products: DavJor will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Change of mind: the customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Step 1 — Email us at support@davjor.com with your order number and reason.
Step 2 — Securely pack the item with all accessories.

Refund Process

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds are processed within up to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
